Labor laws in Florida for not getting paid for work done?

The company I worked for has said they ran out of money. They owe me for 2 months worth of work. They keep saying they are eventually going to pay. I know that they are not planning on filing bankruptcy. What should I do to get the money I am owed?

1. National Labor relations Board. THat is what they do.
2. 2 months is WAY too long. Contact the local labor board.
