laws about filing bankruptcy in California I am married and want to file separetly, I want my whole debt to be

cleaned? Does anyone know the law in California? Will they go after my husband?

1. YES they will after your husband. California is a "Marital Property" state.
2. If you don't have a job, get one. If your job doesn't pay enough, either get a 2nd job, or a new one that pays better. Don't leech off taxpayers! And, I don't know if they will go after your husband or not, but they should.
